Promotional Offers:
• Up to 55% off at beach hotels
• 10% additional discount at beach hotels
• 15% additional discount at Krystal Grand® Los Cabos or BelAir SunClub® Los Cabos
• Up to 50% off at city hotels
• 10% additional discount at city hotels
• Children up to 12 years old stay free at select hotels and on select dates. 
[1] Current Guests: People who have previously made a reservation and stayed at a Krystal hotel.
[2] New Guests: People who have never made a reservation and have not previously stayed at a Krystal hotel.

A maximum of two children up to 12 years old stay free in the same room as adults.
Restrictions at the following hotels:
• Krystal Grand® Cancún: Applies only from August 23 to 31, 2025.
• Krystal Grand® Nuevo Vallarta: Applies only from Sunday to Wednesday, from June 1 to August 27, 2025.
• Krystal Urban® Cancún Centro: Does not apply from July 11 to 18, 2025.
How to apply the promotional offer

Each participant may be eligible for a commercial offer under the following mechanism:
1. Current or new Krystal Hotels & Resorts® customers must visit the website or the official website https://www.krystal-hotels.com/ of any of our properties.
2. Enter the required fields to make your reservation.
3.- For additional discounts, enter the promotional codes:
For an additional 10% discount, SUMMER10, and for an additional 15% discount at Krystal Grand® Los Cabos or BelAir SunClub® Los Cabos, SUMMER15
4.- Continue with your reservation process.
Promotional offer limitations:
• The aforementioned commercial offers are subject to inventory availability at each participating hotel.
• They cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The promotional code corresponding to each commercial offer may be valid for bookings from June 9 to August 10, 2025, and for travel from June 1 to August 31, 2025.
• Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of cancellation, the discount already used with the promotional code entered will be forfeited.
